Guilt Free Exercise
At times I still feel "guilty" about exercising. I'll tell myself you should be doing something else do you really need to do a 45min. Peloton ride? I should be spending time with my family. I still need to explain/validate to myself that it's good to exercise. This is usually when I discuss the benefits of exercising/mental clarity, oxygen to the brain, and compound return on time. Do you ever experience this? by Eric Papp
In A Hurry, Busy, and Distracted
In a hurry, busy, and distracted, which one is most showing up for you today? For me, it's usually "in a hurry" that I find myself in; it's like I created some fictitious clock, and there's this looming pressure of time. I've noticed that on the days that I have "all the time in the world, " I get more done and enjoy the process. I enjoy being in nature, and I've observed that nature seems to never be in a hurry, yet accomplishes so much from one season to the next. By Eric Papp
Successful Selling Starts With Belief

The problem with belief and certainty is that it is not a one-time event but a muscle that needs daily training. A salesperson may start strong, have a high level of enthusiasm for their product/service, and have some successful selling, but how do they react when they hit a slump or no's start to come in? If you are not cultivating certainty and belief in yourself and what you sell, the weeds of self-doubt will eventually overtake you. And when they do, we settle for comfort, stop prospecting, and create reasons to justify our situation. BTW, Everyone is in sales. By Eric Papp

Your Problem With Problems
The Problem with problems is that we think that we shouldn't have any problems. Once we reach some magical destination, we will have no more problems.
