And then, we think from a state of comparison: A proven way to being unhappy.

The answer is gratitude.
Writing three things you are grateful for or conversing with a friend is a small yet powerful habit.

Being grateful nourishes optimism, and optimism fosters hope. Hope creates excitement for our future.
