At times I still feel “guilty” about exercising.
I’ll tell myself
you should be doing something else
do you really need to do a 45min. Peloton ride?
I should be spending time with my family.
I still need to explain/validate to myself that it’s good to exercise.
This is usually when I discuss the benefits of exercising/mental clarity, oxygen to the brain, and compound return on time.
Do you ever experience this?
