Imagination

At what age does it leave us? 

When I sit down with my two-year-old daughter and watch an episode of Bluey, I’m inspired by the dad’s imagination on the show and how he finds creative ways to play with his children. 

Watching the show has given me permission to tap into my imagination when I play with my daughter and tune down the adult thoughts.

• This is stupid/silly 
• That won’t work 
• This is not how the world works 

I believe we get so focused on “being right” and our “to-do” list that we neglect to open ourselves up to new possibilities.
